Wellness With Janèle

My work takes place on the traditional, ancestral and unceded lands of the Coast Salish peoples. This includes the territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem), qiqéyt (Qayqayt), q̓ ic̓əy̓ (Katzie), qʼʷa:n̓ ƛʼən̓ (Kwantlen), Se-mi-ah-mu (Semiahmoo), sc̓əwaθən məsteyəxʷ (Tsawwassen) and S’ólh Téméxw (Sto:lo) Nations. This territory is colonially recognized as “Vancouver, British Columbia”. I am an uninvited guest on these lands, and I am always open to suggestions and critiques to further decolonize my practice.
