As an RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor) with the BCACC (British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors), my services are GST and HST exempt. Payment is accepted through credit card and e-transfer. A limited number of sliding scale bookings are available to clients with financial barriers. Please email me to discuss this option.

Please note that I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with 48 hours notice or less are charged half the session fee. Missed sessions or sessions cancelled with 24 hours notice or less are charged the full session fee. Please let me know asap if you are feeling ill and I will be happy to reschedule.

At this time I am not able to offer direct billing. Many insurance providers offer coverage for Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC), please check your insurance and policy details to see if you are eligible for coverage. A detailed invoice and receipt will be provided for each session after payment is received, which can be submitted to insurance providers for reimbursement.
